Pawan Sarswat

Pawan Sarswat has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Pawan started their career as a Design Engineer at ITL Industries Ltd. in July 2008 and worked there until December 2009. Pawan then moved on to Earawat Engineering in December 2009 and worked as a Production Engineer until June 2011.

In July 2011, Pawan joined Shakti Pumps (I) Ltd. as an Assistant Manager and worked in various roles within the production department. Pawan served as a Deputy Manager from April 2014 to March 2017, as a Production Manager from April 2017 to March 2020, and is currently working as the Head of Production from April 2020 onwards.

Throughout their career, Pawan Sarswat has gained extensive experience and expertise in production and engineering roles.

Pawan Sarswat pursued their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Operations Management and Supervision from The ICFAI University, Tripura in the years 2017 to 2019.
