With a focus on setting up and improving HR shared services functions, recruitment strategies, and process automations, Amit has demonstrated a strong track record of driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency in diverse industry settings. Amit is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for the West Africa region at Shalina Healthcare, where Amit plays a key role in business partnering, strategic planning, and stakeholder management for sales and manufacturing verticals.
