Sushil gained further experience in managerial positions at Indian Oil Petronas Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager Finance and at IFB Agro Industries Ltd. as a GM Finance and Company Secretary. Sushil later served as the Company Secretary & Head of Taxation at The Paper Products Limited. Subsequently, they held the role of General Manager of Finance & Company Secretary at Aditya Birla Retail Limited. Their most recent role was as the VP of Finance & Accounts and Company Secretary at Shalina Healthcare, where they joined in 2012.
Sushil Agarwal completed the Global Leadership Programme at the Indian School of Business in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Company Secretarial Studies (ACS) from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. In 1995, they obtained a CFA degree from ICFAI Business School, specializing in International Finance and Investment Management. Before that, they completed their AICWA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, focusing on Costing and Finance. Sushil also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Calcutta, which they completed in 1990.
