Catalin Rotaru has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Catalin began working at Optymyze in 2015 as a Business Analyst and remained with the company until 2018. Following that, Catalin joined Deloitte Digital Romania as a Delivery Lead, where they stayed until 2021. In 2021, they joined HP as a Digital Project Manager until November of that year. Currently, Catalin is working at Shaman BV, initially as the Head of Customer Success from October 2021 to June 2022, and then transitioning into the role of Chief Customer Officer from June 2022 onwards.

Catalin Rotaru's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. Catalin then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Project Management from Chalmers University of Technology, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. During the same period, they also completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Project Management from Northumbria University.
