Xavier Verbij

Xavier Verbij has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Xavier started their career as a Fitness Instructor at Sportschool Helsdingen in 2010 and later worked as a Fitness Instructor at Pellikaan Health Racquet Club from 2012 to 2014.

In 2015, Xavier transitioned to the field of Physical Therapy, working at DBC Re-integratie BV | Revalidatie BV and FysioHolland B.V. as a Physical Therapist until 2017. During this time, they also worked as a Physical Therapist at Sport Therapeutisch Trainings Centrum (STTC) from 2016 to 2017.

Afterward, Xavier joined MADISON MK in 2018 as a Customer Advisor, where they provided hotel information and communicated with NH Hotels in English and Dutch. Later that year, they also took on the role of Database Administrator at IQVIA Spain, working until 2020.

In 2020, Xavier joined Azerion as a Customer Success Specialist, collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to improve user experiences on their platforms. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Customer Success Specialist, where they assisted peers with ongoing issues and onboarding/training of new employees.

From 2021 to 2023, Xavier worked at CoachHub - The digital coaching platform as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they collaborated with customers to set up coaching programs for employees, upsold services to maximize business growth, and managed accounts to improve customer relations and satisfaction.

Currently, Xavier is working at Shaman BV as a Customer Success Manager, starting in 2023.

Xavier Verbij has a diverse educational background. Xavier obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fysiotherapie/Fysiotherapeut from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Rijn IJssel from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued Fitness and Health Coordinator, Sportmassage & Hockey trainer A, although no specific degree was mentioned for this period.

In addition to their formal education, Xavier has also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received certification in Dry Needling from Dry Needling Skills and in the same year, they acquired expertise in Medical Taping Concept from FysioTape. More recently, in 2020, Xavier completed certifications in Python and Web Development from Mimo. Xavier also acquired a certification in Google Project Management from Google in 2021.
