Shannon Flynn

Shannon Flynn, MS, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Shamin Hotels since January 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of People and Culture at Keeping Current Matters from October 2022 to July 2023, as well as multiple positions focused on learning and development at Le Pain Quotidien USA and Little Beet Table from 2019 to 2022. Shannon also held the position of Director of Training and Development at Dos Toros Taqueria and was responsible for learning and development at Dig Inn. Earlier career highlights include various roles in training and management at Potbelly Sandwich Works and TGI Fridays. Shannon holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and a graduate certificate in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Studies in Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond.
