Jia Tu

Jia Tu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technical leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Product and Technical Co-Founder at Shamiri Health, Jia Tu leads efforts to create affordable mental health care solutions for sub-Saharan Africa. Previous roles include a Sr. Product Manager Technical Intern at Amazon, and an Entrepreneur-In-Residence Intern at a stealth startup. Prior experience includes working as an Equity Derivatives Trader at Nomura, focusing on risk management and data analytics related to financial markets. Jia Tu holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science in Engineering and Applied Science from Columbia Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Williams College, and an International Baccalaureate from UWC-USA.
