Amy Seo

Amy is the Director of Human Resources at Shamrock Capital. She focuses on talent onboarding and retention, benefits and total rewards strategy, employee relations, payroll administration, and performance management. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Amy worked at Northwestern Mutual in Los Angeles as the Director of Human Resources where she launched the Centralized Talent Department and oversaw HR operations, driving efforts in staffing, employment consultation, and training and development.

Amy graduated from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and she holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation.
