Angela Evanko has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industries, currently serving as Team Lead and Account Coordinator at The Shamrock Companies since November 2011, specializing in client support and project management. Prior roles include Kitchen Manager and Pastry Chef at Bittersweets, where responsibilities encompassed inventory management, menu development, and staff training. Angela has also held significant positions at notable establishments such as Moxie the Restaurant and Red the Steakhouse, where duties as Assistant Pastry Chef and Head Baker involved overseeing dessert production and employee supervision. Earlier roles included Pastry Chef positions at Maxs Deli, Seballos Pastries, Xo Restaurant & Bar, as well as a Pastry Cook at The Rio All Suites Hotel & Casino and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Angela began this culinary journey with an externship at Disneyland Paris and holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Science/Culinology from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts.
