Ben Ferguson

Ben Ferguson began their career in 2008 as a Senior Sales Consultant, SIP & Digital Specialist for Birch Communications (formerly Cbeyond). In 2010, they joined Shamrock Consulting Group, LLC as an Executive Vice President and Solution Architect. In 2019, they joined Innovative Digital Investors as an Advisory Board Member, and also became the Interim Chief Executive Officer for arcana cybersolutions, an IDI private portfolio company.

Ben Ferguson obtained their BS in Biochemistry and Engineering Sciences from UC Santa Barbara between 2004 and 2008. Since then, they have obtained numerous certifications, including CTSA - Foundation, CTSA - InsightIDR, CTSA - InsightVM, Crowdstrike Falcon Platform Technical Fundamentals, Sales Engineering Certification, UiPath Robotic Process Automation - Associate Level Certification, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Network Security Expert (NSE), Unified Communications Certified Professional, Amazon Web Services: TCO & Cloud Economics, CCNA (expired 2016), Amazon Web Services - Cloud Practitioner, Cloud+, and CompTIA.
