Heidi Allison has extensive experience in the food service and healthcare sectors, currently serving in Business Solutions at US Foods since April 2020. Prior roles include Enterprise Healthcare Sales Leader, Director of Business Development, and Regional Manager at Shamrock Foods Company from 2005 onwards.
