Jared Keefer

Jared Keefer is a seasoned professional in food safety, quality assurance, and operational excellence with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operational Excellence at Shamrock Foods Company since July 2022, Jared leads multiple strategic teams focused on enhancing functional operations. Previously, Jared held significant positions including Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Shamrock Foods, Director of Food Safety at Sprouts Farmers Market, and Director of Safety, Environmental Affairs and Regulatory Compliance at URM Stores Inc. Additionally, Jared directed Environmental Health and Water Quality at Jefferson County Public Health and worked in various public health roles at Safeway and the Washington State Department of Health. Jared holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington specializing in Environmental Health Law, Program Management, and Biostatistics, along with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the same institution.
