Brenna Hoeg

Brenna Hoeg is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in learning and development, employee mentoring, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Director of Service at Shamrock Group since 2015, Brenna leads initiatives in employee training and advancement, aiming to enhance performance and profitability. In addition, since 2021, Brenna has been providing consulting services through Brenna Hoeg Educational Consulting, where training focuses on curriculum development and best practices in both English and Spanish. Previous roles include being an Immersive Spanish High School Instructor at Centennial High School and serving as a guidance counselor and educator at El Camino Academy. Brenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Education from Bethel University.
