Kurt Noyce

Kurt Noyce is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the mortgage and financial services industry. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Shamrock, powered by CMG Home Loans, since June 2022, Noyce focuses on integrating local expertise with national support. Prior to this role, Noyce was Co-Director of Diversity Employment Pathways from September 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included designing and leading training to champion employment opportunities. Noyce is also known for a distinguished 29-year career at Embrace Home Loans, where leadership as President resulted in substantial growth from $400 million in volume to $4 billion and increased employee count from 100 to over 800. Under Noyce’s tenure, Embrace garnered multiple awards, including recognition as one of the Fastest Growing Companies in America and one of the Best Medium-sized Companies to Work for in America.
