Andrew Kump

Andrew Kump has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as an Associate Attorney and Legal Underwriter Specialist at Shamrock Trading Corporation since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Licensed Attorney and Legal Underwriter Specialist at the same company from June 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining Shamrock Trading Corporation, Andrew was a Judicial Clerk at the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, KS from August 2021 to June 2022.

Andrew also has experience in political campaigns, serving as the Campaign Manager for Geoffrey Kump for Commissioner from February 2021 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for various campaign activities such as community outreach, election strategy, political advertising, fundraising, social media engagement, policymaking, and campaign effectiveness.

During their time at Creighton University School of Law from August 2018 to December 2020, Andrew worked as a Student. Additionally, they gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at Legal Aid of Nebraska's Native American Program from April 2019 to December 2019. In this position, their responsibilities included drafting motions/orders, responding to discovery requests, drafting memos, and researching legal and jurisdictional issues related to Nebraska's Indian Child Welfare Act.

Earlier in their career, Andrew interned at the National World War I Museum for four months in 2017 and served as an Associate Researcher at Wyandotte Nation for three months in 2009.

Andrew Kump received a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from the University of Saint Mary in 2018. Andrew then pursued further education at Creighton University School of Law from 2018 to 2020, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. In September 2022, Andrew obtained the certification of Attorney from the State of Missouri.
