Salesforce Administrator at Shamrock Trading Corporation

Carl Emanuel has a diverse work experience in the fields of Salesforce administration, system engineering, and software development.

Carl started their career as a Software Developer Intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in 2017, where they resolved bugs and proposed enhancements to the inner courtyard.

In 2018, Carl joined Cerner Corporation as a System Engineer. Carl managed and configured Zabbix monitoring, created troubleshooting documentation, deployed new application versions using Docker, and managed a daily ticket queue.

From 2019 to 2022, Carl worked at Commerce Bank as a Salesforce Administrator. In this role, they triaged and resolved user tickets, proposed solutions for bugs, and performed mass data updates using tools like Dataloader and Apsona. Carl also developed user stories, deployed them using Copado, and built release packages for production deployment.

Currently, Carl is employed at Shamrock Trading Corporation as a Salesforce Administrator. Their responsibilities include completing user stories in an Agile setting, utilizing Salesforce best practices, creating flows, validation rules, custom fields, and page layouts. Carl also assists in user management, such as managing profiles, roles, and permission sets.

Carl Emanuel attended the University of Central Missouri from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy. Carl then went on to continue their education at the same university from 2016 to 2018, completing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. Alongside their formal education, they obtained various certifications in Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, Salesforce Devops Fundamentals Certificate, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, and Salesforce Devops Leadership Certificate from institutions such as Salesforce and Gearset.
