Jamie Schneider

Jamie Schneider has extensive work experience in the banking industry. They started their career as a Bank Teller and gained experience in various accounting transactions and reconciliations. They then worked as a Credit Administrative Assistant, where they logged and organized financial statements and created agendas for senior management. Jamie later served as a Special Assets Associate, maintaining customer relations and handling daily transactions. They then transitioned to the role of a Small Business Banking Portfolio Manager.

After that, Jamie joined Commerce Bank as a Product Support Specialist, where they supported the Commercial CRM platform and helped organize and design the internal SharePoint site. They also created a centralized Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the Commercial Line of Business. Jamie then became a Salesforce Business Analyst II, playing a key role in implementing Salesforce for over 800 users. They were involved in data migration, user story creation, and user acceptance testing.

In 2020, Jamie made a transition to Commerce Trust Company as a Salesforce Administrator. In this role, they expressed excitement about learning more about Financial Services Cloud and the Trust Company. Currently, they are working as a Salesforce Administrator at Shamrock Trading Corporation.

Jamie Schneider attended The University of Kansas from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies. Additionally, Jamie obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in September 2020.
