Paul Mullins has a work experience as the Quality Program Director at Shanahan Engineering from 1996 onwards. In this role, they managed UK construction projects in power generation, handled industrial relations and human resources in the UK, and served as a member of the ECIA National IR Council. Paul also supervised E I&C installations and provided pre-commissioning and commissioning support for GE and MHI. Prior to this, they worked at Marubeni Corporation as a Gas Turbine Commissioning professional from 1992 to 1995.
Paul Mullins attended Hartlepool College from 1981 to 1986, where they studied Electrical & Instrument Control. Paul did not earn a degree during this time.
