Amit Nayal

Amit Nayal is an experienced Japanese chef with a career spanning over a decade in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as a Japanese chef at The Uptown Square since December 2018, Amit previously held positions at The Oberoi Group as a Japanese chef from March 2016 to December 2018, and as a Japanese chef (CDP) at The Metropolitan (Nicko) hotel from September 2012 to March 2016. Earlier experience includes working as a Japanese chef (DCDP) at The Metropolitan (Nicko) hotel and as a commi chef at Yam Cha Restaurant from March 2010 to March 2012. Amit Nayal's culinary education was completed at G.I.C. Someshwar.
