Ashok Kumar is an experienced laundry management professional with a career spanning nearly two decades in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Laundry Manager at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts since June 2014, Ashok has a proven track record in developing and implementing standard operating procedures, maintaining high production and quality standards, and providing training. Prior roles include Assistant Laundry Manager at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Laundry Supervisor at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, and Guest Laundry Valet at Shangri-La. Ashok began in the laundry field as a Laundry Valet at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. With a degree in Textile Technology from K.L.N. Polytechnic Madurai, Ashok combines technical expertise with hands-on leadership experience in laundry operations.
