Gaurav Bhatkar

Gaurav Bhatkar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Learning & Development for the Shangri-La Group since May 2014, Gaurav has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager and Learning & Development Manager, focusing on program implementation, training needs assessment, and staff development across multiple regions. Prior experience includes positions at Palladium Hotel and The Waterstones Hotel & Club, where Gaurav facilitated training programs, managed employee orientation, and participated in recruitment processes. Gaurav holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from IHM Ahmedabad.
