Muhammed Ozkan

Muhammed Özkan currently serves as a Captain at Major Food Group, overseeing the first Carbone restaurant in the MENA region since October 2022. Prior to this role, Muhammed held positions including Head Waiter at Sunset Hospitality Group and Waiter at Accor and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Experience also includes serving as Captain Waiter at Azure the Bosphorus and various waiter roles at 5.Kat Restaurant and Trendy Hotels. Additionally, culinary experience includes work as Demi Chef De Partie at Trendy Hotels and Kitchen Comi at Suda Turizm İstanbul. Muhammed started a career in hospitality as a Front Desk Receptionist at Mile Hotel Nişantaşı. Currently pursuing a Lisans degree in Radio, Cinema & Television at Istanbul University, with previous studies at Akdeniz University and Istanbul Bilgi University.
