Ayse Buyukuslu

Ayse Buyukuslu has a strong and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Ayse started their career as a Front of House Manager at Mint Hotel in 2010 and moved on to become a Front of House Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton. Ayse then joined Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center as an Assistant Front Office Manager, playing a key role in the successful opening of the largest hotel in Turkey. Ayse was later promoted to the position of Front Office Manager, where they effectively managed a team of 57 members and achieved remarkable results in loyalty enrollments. Ayse later joined Hilton in a series of roles, including Senior Manager BPS Assist, Senior Manager Brand Performance Support, and Director Brand Performance Support - Europe, Middle East & Africa. In these roles, they demonstrated exceptional proficiency in propelling performance, establishing brand compliance, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners. Currently, Ayse holds the position of Senior Director, Quality & Special Projects at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts.

Ayse Buyukuslu earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University from 1999 to 2003. Ayse then attended Oxford Brookes University from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in International Hotel and Tourism Marketing Management.
