Neldon Rivera

Neldon Rivera is an experienced professional in banquet operations, currently serving as the Director of Banquet Operations at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts since January 2019. Prior to this role, Neldon held various positions at Shangri-La Hotel Mactan Resort & Spa, including Banquet Service Manager from October 2011 to December 2018, and Assistant Banquet Manager from April 2009 to September 2010. Neldon also served as the Banquet Service Manager at Radisson Hotel Cebu for a brief period in 2011 and worked as a Banquet Supervisor at Shangri-La Mactan Resort & Spa from September 2003 to April 2009. Neldon holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Cebu, completed in 2009.
