James Lindekugel

James manages Shangri-La's employment and day services programs for individuals with disabilities and families with disadvantages. He joined Shangri-La's executive team in January 202, but has been with the organization in various roles since 2012. James is a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP). In addition to his experience in human services, James brings skills in technology management, data analytics, and change management to the team.
