Charlene O'Donnell

Charlene O'Donnell has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as Health Services Manager at Shannex Incorporated since October 2019. In this role, Charlene O'Donnell ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory criteria, implements quality improvement strategies, and manages departmental budgets. Previous positions include Nurse Manager for Long Term Care, Restorative Care, and Palliative Care at Horizon Health Network, where Charlene O'Donnell provided mentorship and set performance standards.
