Jon has a background in culinary arts and has held various managerial positions in the food service industry. Currently, Jon serves as a Corporate Lead in Support Services at Shannex Incorporated. Prior to this, Jon worked as a Director of Support Services at GEM Health Care Group Limited and held other roles such as Food Service Supervisor and Operations Manager. Jon also co-owned Rhubarb Restaurant and Backdoor Bakeshop and has experience working as a Chef in various establishments like elements on hollis and Blind Channel Resort. With a passion for farms, food, fish, and life, Jon is known for their dedication to simple, good food.
