Kelsey Roeseberg

Kelsey is a construction materials testing technician and inspector. She has performed field observations, materials testing, inspections, and laboratory testing on major infrastructure construction projects. Kelsey has considerable experience in the testing of asphalt, soils and concrete. Her experience includes nuclear density testing for soils and asphalt; observation of drilled shafts; testing for concrete; and inspections for reinforcing steel.
