Robert Blasberg

Robert Blasberg has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

From 1994 to 2006, they served as a Project Manager at the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Later, they worked at Psomas from 2006 to 2011. During their time there, they held the positions of Associate Project Manager-Federal Services and Vice President of Federal Services. Their responsibilities included business development, strategic planning, and operational leadership.

From 2011 to 2023, Robert worked at LEO A DALY, where they served as the Western Regional Director of Federal Programs and Director of Business Development. Their role involved leading the company's federal program, developing client relationships, managing proposals, and goal setting.

Additionally, Robert served on the board of directors for the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) from 2006 to the present. Robert held the role of Board Member and served as the Post Vice President from 2009 to 2015. SAME's mission is to promote engineering support for national security.

Currently, Robert is the Vice President of Federal Programs at Shannon & Wilson, Inc. In this role, they lead corporate federal initiatives to secure new commissions in the federal market sector. Their responsibilities include setting goals, executing a successful federal business strategy, building relationships with clients and teaming partners, and tracking new opportunities.

Robert Blasberg received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University in 1993. In 2002, they obtained a certification in Army Career Path (CP) -18 Leadership Development Program from the Army Management Staff College.
