Ted Hopkins

Ted has worked on large infrastructure projects throughout the western US, including studies for highways and bridges, wastewater treatment and conveyance facilities, tunnels, transit, and freight rail, including design-build projects. Ted manages the Sacramento office and has been Shannon & Wilson’s project manager on numerous large design studies including most projects that are part of Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District’s $1.7 billion EchoWater Project.
