Manoela Boff is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, process management, and project implementation across various industries. Currently serving as a Product Manager and Senior Product Owner at Shape since January 2022, Manoela has successfully led proof-of-concept initiatives for new clients, developed predictive algorithms for industrial equipment failures, and prioritized project backlogs. Prior to this role, Manoela worked at Gerdau from August 2019 to January 2022 in various capacities, including Consultant for Operational Excellence, where strategic planning and digital initiative management were key responsibilities. Manoela's educational background includes an MBA in Data Science and Analytics from USP/Esalq, alongside a degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, supplemented by an exchange program in Industrial Engineering at Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
