Andrew Hofmeister

Andrew Hofmeister is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership, strategy development, and commercialization within the medical and technology sectors. As CEO of Shape Medical Systems since 2011, Hofmeister has focused on non-invasive cardiopulmonary diagnostics and management solutions. Previously, Hofmeister led Geodigm Corporation, overseeing venture fundraising and software development in the medical-dental imaging industry. Other leadership roles include President at BriteSmile and Excimer Vision Leasing, where expertise in branding and direct marketing was applied, as well as consulting at McKinsey & Company, concentrating on strategy and operations. Hofmeister holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Chemistry from St. Olaf College.
