Ravinder Diamond

Ravinder Diamond serves as the Director of Operations at Shape Medical Systems since March 2014, overseeing quality, operations, and engineering management while reporting directly to the CEO. With a background as a Principal Engineer, Ravinder contributed to the development and regulatory approval of the Shape II metabolic gas exchange analyzer. In addition, Ravinder holds the position of Quality Manager for both Shape Medical and Ototronix, focusing on quality management systems and ensuring compliance with FDA, CE marking, and ISO 13485 standards. Previous experience includes roles as a Design Engineer and Value Stream Manager at Pentair Filtration Solutions, as well as Production Manager at Porous Media, where responsibilities encompassed product design, process improvements, and managing extensive manufacturing operations. Ravinder holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
