Anil Gullapalli

Anil Gullapalli is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently, Anil serves as Co-Founder and Head of Engineering at Shape since April 2024. Prior to this role, Anil held multiple positions at Finder from January 2019 to April 2024, including Distinguished Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Engineering Lead. Anil's career includes significant contributions at Kindred Group plc as Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer, and at Tenbits, where Anil co-founded a company focused on developing a user-friendly crypto wallet. Anil also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at FlamingoAI and held various engineering roles at BlueArc Group and WhiteSky Labs, where Anil was a Co-Founder and Technical Project Manager. Anil holds a Master of Information Systems from Federation University Australia and a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RVR & JC College of Engineering.
