Rumana Afroz Sultana

Rumana Afroz Sultana is an experienced Account Administrator at SHAPE since July 2022, previously serving as a Senior Collections Specialist at Liberty Security - A GardaWorld Company from August 2020 to July 2022. In this role, Rumana managed escalated customer accounts, performed various administrative tasks, and trained new team members.
