Feliks Yaretskiy

Feliks Yaretskiy has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Student Aid at Kingsborough Community College. In 2010, they worked as a Laboratory Research Assistant at Hunter Microscopy Lab, Physics Department. From 2011 to 2012, they held the roles of Physics Tutor at Hunter College, Physics Teacher at Baruch College, and IT Recruiting Data Assistant at Sans Consulting. In 2012, they worked as a Research Technician at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Influenster as a Junior Software Engineer and Software Engineer Intern. In 2019, they worked as a Python Engineer at Corax and a Software Engineer at Shape (ShapeScale). In this role, they wrote microservices in python3 using Django, DRF, falcon, pytest, gRPC, used terraform to maintain both AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, used both mongo and Postgres for various services, and deployed mender backend to Kubernetes cluster for secure OTA updates.

Feliks Yaretskiy attended Hunter College from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physics. Prior to that, they attended Hunter College from 2009 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Physics and Biophysics. Feliks also attended Brooklyn Tech, but no further information is provided.
