Samineh I. Shaheem, PhD, is a distinguished professional specializing in leadership and development with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Managing Senior Consultant at Shape Talent Ltd since April 2023, Samineh focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion for multinational corporations. In addition to this role, Samineh holds positions as Senior Learning & Development Consultant and Educator at The Faculty Club, and Learning & Leadership Director at Made for you Global.
