Bryon MacHado

Bryon Machado is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, business development, and non-profit management. As President and Founder of the Youth Athletic Development Foundation since April 2019, Bryon has focused on promoting athletic activities and team sports to enhance youth wellness and academic success. Concurrently, as Business Development Manager at Shape Technologies Group since July 2018, Bryon has contributed to advancing engineered solutions in the waterjet cutting industry. Additionally, Bryon owns MOOBUR Services, LLC, which specializes in the distribution and installation of boat covers. Previous roles include Division Manager at C4 Industrial, Area Manager at KMT Waterjet Systems, and marketing positions at Oklahoma State University. Bryon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University.
