Dong Jin Koh (DJ)

Dong Jin (DJ) Koh has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Dong Jin (DJ) started their career in 1991 at Samsung Heavy Industries as an HR specialist, where they gained extensive knowledge in HR operations and developed strong relationships with employees. In 1998, Koh moved to CLARK Material Handling Company as an HR supervisor, successfully implementing necessary HR programs and improving communication between management and employees. Koh then joined DuPont Korea in 2003 as an HR business partner, handling various functions including engineering, real estate, safety, product stewardship, and regulation. Dong Jin (DJ) also served as a transition leader, responsible for separation processes in Ulsan. Koh is currently the HR director at Shape Technologies Group since 2016.

Dong Jin (DJ) Koh obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Pusan National University, where they studied from 1984 to 1991. Prior to that, they attended Busan high school from 1981 to 1984. In 2023, they obtained an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation.
