Industrial Program Manager- USA Operations at Shape

Jorge Gonzalez has extensive work experience in various industries and positions. Jorge currently works as an Industrial Program Manager for Shape Corp., starting in October 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of VP of Operations and Sales at OmniSolve Co. starting in August 2019. Jorge also served as the General Manager at Grand Power Systems, Inc. from January 2021 to January 2022.

In terms of previous roles, Jorge worked at Hytrol from March 2020 to January 2021 as an Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering Manager, leading a team of engineers and interns in transformational change. Jorge was responsible for implementing Lean manufacturing methodology and coordinating R&D implementation. Before that, they served as an Industrial & Process Engineer/WCM Lean Manufacturing Support at the same company from July 2012 to November 2014.

Jorge's career started as a Process Supervisor at SAFI LOGISTIC from January 2008 to June 2012. In this role, they were responsible for warehouse operations, process design, and supervision, as well as managing commercial routes and optimizing shipping and logistic costs.

Jorge Gonzalez attended the Instituto Tecnologico de Saltillo, where they studied Industrial Engineer and Manufacturing System with a focus on the automotive industry. It is not specified when they started or finished their degree.

In terms of additional certifications, Jorge Gonzalez obtained a Green Belt Certification (GB) from SSGI in November 2020.
