Julio Cesar Perez Navarro has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Julio Cesar began their career as a Service Technician at EUROQUIP, where they provided direct customer service and maintained various equipment for the hotel and restaurant sector. Julio Cesar then gained experience as an Electronic Technician at Meritor, before joining Durr de Mexico as an Electric Design Engineer. In this role, they were involved in the design, coordination, and programming of electrical projects, as well as participated in the development of solutions for automobile manufacturer clients.
Julio then worked at Hermos, S.A. de C.V. as an Automation Specialist, where they were responsible for system development, integration, and providing seminars to clients on integrated architecture. Julio Cesar also played a key role in the development of new system integrators and virtual machines for training.
Afterwards, Julio joined Multimatic as a Robotics Engineer, working on robotics-related projects. Julio Cesar then moved on to Shape Corp., where they have held multiple positions. Julio Cesar started as an Electrical Engineer before taking up the role of Engineering Leader. In these positions, Julio was involved in various activities including reviewing technical information, coordinating manufacturing and process engineers, developing and optimizing processes, and coordinating electrical projects. Julio Cesar also played a pivotal role in the definition, design, and improvement of machinery standards, and programming PLCs, HMIs, and robots.
Throughout their career, Julio has demonstrated achievements such as supporting plant start-ups, installing and improving machinery, and defining standards in machinery. Julio Cesar has also contributed to cost savings through standardization and the integration of injection molding machines with material handling robots.
Julio Cesar Perez Navarro holds a Master's degree in ALTA DIRECCIÓN E INTELIGENCIA ESTRATÉGICA from IEU Universidad, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Ingeniero Industrial y de Sistemas from Universidad del Valle de México, completing it from 2005 to 2013. Their earliest education was at Universidad Tecnológica del Querétaro, where they earned a TSU. Técnico en Mantenimiento Industrial degree with a specialization in Mantenimiento Industrial from 2001 to 2004.
