Satyajeet Hajare

Satyajeet Hajare obtained work experience in the field of engineering. From 2016 to the present, they worked at Shape Corp. as a CAE Engineer III. In this role, they led a team in providing optimized and engineered solutions to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), adhering to EURO NCAP regulations and prioritizing vehicle and occupant safety. Satyajeet also specialized in tuning bumper systems for low-speed and high-speed impacts using LSDyna and Radioss solvers, and in developing material cards and correlating data for these solvers.

Prior to their role at Shape Corp., Satyajeet worked as an Assistant Engineer at ICON TURNKEY VENTURES from an unspecified time in 2015 until July 2016.

Before that, in 2013, they had a trainee position at YASHOLAXMI INDUSTRIES, KOLHAPUR for two months.

Satyajeet Hajare completed their High School education at Tatyasaheb Kore Military Academy Vinaynagar, Kolhapur from 2000 to 2007. Satyajeet then attended Tatyasaheb Kore Military Academy Jr college, Vinaynagar, Kolhapur from 2007 to 2009. Afterward, they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from D Y Patil College of Engineering and Technology, Kolhapur, from 2009 to 2014.

In terms of higher education, Satyajeet attended Vishwakarma Institute of Technology from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained a Master of Technology - M.Tech in Design Engineering. During this time, they specialized in areas such as CAE, Composite Material, and VNC.

In addition to their formal education, Satyajeet also obtained several certifications. Satyajeet completed the "Embracing Unexpected Change" certification from LinkedIn in January 2020. In March 2016, they completed the "HYPERMESH (Basic)" certification from FINITE TO INFINITE, Pune. Satyajeet also pursued a Post Graduation Program in Product & Tool Design from MIT Skills Pune in August 2014.
