Vladimír Příbramský, Ph.D.

Vladimír Příbramský, Ph.D. has a range of work experience in various roles and industries.

Vladimír is currently employed as a part-time Postdoc researcher and Teaching assistant at České vysoké učení technické v Praze since 2023.

Previously, they worked as a Principal Engineering Lead at Shapemaker starting in 2022.

From 2015 to 2022, Vladimír worked at SCIA in multiple roles including Product Manager, Software Quality Assurance Engineer, and Product Development Engineer.

Vladimír also worked as a Freelance Bridge Designer at Contruss engineering s.r.o. from 2017 to 2021.

Earlier in their career, they were a Structural Engineer & FEM Designer at BHM INGENIEURE - Engineering & Consulting GmbH from 2013 to 2015.

Vladimír was also an Allplan Reinforcement Drafter at HSD Statika s.r.o. in 2013 and an Assistant Bridge Engineer at Novak&Partner in 2012.

Vladimír Příbramský, Ph.D. has a comprehensive education history in civil engineering and transportation structures. Vladimír obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Civil & Structural Engineering - Transportation Structures (Concrete bridges) from the Czech Technical University in Prague, completing their studies from 2014 to 2022.

Prior to their Ph.D., Vladimír earned their Ing. degree in Civil Engineering - Transportation Structures (Concrete bridges) from the same institution. This degree was obtained between 2012 and 2014.

In 2012 and 2013, Vladimír also pursued studies at the DTU - Technical University of Denmark in the field of Civil and Structural Engineering.

Vladimír's educational journey began with a Bc. degree in Civil Engineering - Transportation Structures, which they achieved at the Czech Technical University in Prague from 2008 to 2012.

Before attending university, Vladimír completed their secondary education at Gymnázium U Libeňského zámku 1.

In addition to their formal education, Vladimír has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Vladimír completed courses such as "Building Resilience as a Leader," "A Design Thinking Approach to Putting the Customer First," "Business Analysis Foundations," "Product Management Tips," "Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls," "Presenting Technical Information with Stories," and "What Is Scrum?" through LinkedIn. Vladimír also earned an ECDL Certificate from ECDL / ICDL Certification in August 2011.
