Juan Pablo Silvera

Juan Pablo Silvera has extensive experience in the field of global operations and entrepreneurship. Juan Pablo began their career in 2006 as a Sales & Marketing employee for Crosato Real Estate. In 2007, they held two positions simultaneously, Vice President of External Relations for AIESEC Montevideo and Financial Assistant for DESEM Jóvenes Emprendedores (JA Uruguay). In 2008, they co-founded and owned Touchit!, where they were responsible for coordinating the entrepreneurial team and the strategic planning of the company's long-term. In 2010, they became Coordinator for PIMOD, where they were in charge of coordinating the online marketing team and sales manager for Uruguay. In 2011, they co-founded and was the Director of TraeLaModa.com, where they were responsible for business development, raising footwear brands, logistic suppliers and web payments, and planning and executing online marketing campaigns. In 2012, they became Purchasing Director Chile for Dafiti. From 2016 to 2018, they were Vice President of Global Operations & Co-Founder for Trafilea, where they were in charge of driven growth and efficiency for product development, overseas manufacturing & QC, demand planning & inventory control, buying & merchandise, global logistics, and fulfillment & returns. Since 2018, they have been Vice President of Global Operations & Co-Founder for Shapermint, where they are responsible for building the biggest shapewear marketplace in the US and worldwide with over 7 million customers acquired.

Juan Pablo Silvera attended the Universidad de la República from 2005 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In 2007, they also completed an Entrepreneurship Workshop (120 hours + Business Plan) in Entrepreneurial Studies at the same university.
