Andrew Nelson is an experienced Principal Lighting Artist who has worked with various companies in the gaming industry such as Shapeshifter Games, Ascendant Studios, Hi-Rez Studios, Bioware, and more. Andrew has a strong background in creating compelling lighting scenarios for gameplay and cinematics while balancing technical understanding with visual quality. Andrew has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Media Studies from Columbus College of Art & Design and has demonstrated leadership in establishing art pipelines and standards within teams.
