Lisa Taylor Ash

Lisa Taylor Ash is currently the General Counsel at ShapeTX. Prior to that, they served as Vice President, Head of Healthcare Law and Compliance at Juno Therapeutics, Inc. from September 2016 to July 2018. In that role, they were responsible for advising on healthcare law compliance for research and development, clinical trial conduct, GMP-compliant manufacturing, and commercialization of Juno’s first product. Additionally, they built Juno’s Compliance Program, developing policies and procedures, implementing training, monitoring and auditing.

Before their time at Juno Therapeutics, Lisa served as Senior Director, Commercial Legal Affairs & Compliance at Exelixis from January 2016 to September 2016. In that role, they provided legal support for the commercial organization, with a focus on compliance with US and EU privacy laws.

Lisa began their career as Corporate Counsel, Healthcare Law at Pharmacyclics in June 2014, where they provided legal support for the company’s global commercial operations.

Lisa Taylor Ash earned their Doctor of Law from Harvard Law School, and their Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. Lisa also attended Harvard Business School.
