Gila Oren

Gila Oren has extensive work experience in organizational development and training. Gila most recently worked at Shapir Civil and Marine Engineering Ltd. as the Head of Organizational Development. Prior to that, they held the same role at Electra Consumer Products Ltd. From 2013 to 2015, they served as Vice Consul at the Embassy of Israel. Gila also worked as an OD Consultant at the Prime Minister's Office in 2012. Gila's early career includes managerial roles at Nestlé S.A. and Hilton Worldwide, where they focused on training and development in information systems.

Gila Oren completed a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University from 1993 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Certification in the Organizational Consulting Program at Tel Aviv University from 2011 to 2012.
