Rathana Nhim

Rathana Nhim has extensive experience in safety management, currently serving as Assistant Safety Manager and Senior Safety Specialist at Shapiro & Duncan, Inc. since May 2017. In these roles, Rathana conducts impartial incident investigations and recommends corrective actions, while also coordinating work area assessments and program evaluations to mitigate hazardous conditions. Prior experience includes a role as Safety Coordinator Intern at McClure Company, where safety audits and enforcement of OSHA guidelines were key responsibilities, and positions in patient transport at Pinnacle Health and Good Samaritan Hospital. Rathana holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety & Environmental Health from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and completed additional studies at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
