Laura Benton is the Senior Director of Project Operations at Shapiro+Raj. Laura has over 10 years of experience in the market research industry, overseeing qualitative and quantitative projects from setup to completion. Laura has expertise in field management, panel management, and screener development. Laura has also worked as a project manager at CarbonSix and Survey Center Focus, managing multiple local and national market research projects simultaneously. Laura began their career as a Program Assistant at Butler University in 2006.
