Ava Carpentras

Ava Carpentras has been in the workforce since 2012, starting with an internship at the Johannesburg Development Agency as a Strategy intern. In 2018, they joined Google as a Recruiter and also worked as an HR/Talent Acquisition intern at STATION F. Currently, Ava is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Shapr.

Ava Carpentras' education history includes a Master in European affairs from Sciences Po, which they obtained between 2009 and 2015. Ava then attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2015 and 2017, where they earned an MSc in Human Resources and Organisations with a focus on International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Fénelon Sainte-Marie from 2006 to 2009.
